The Cesky Gold™ dwarf birch is an exceptionally cold-tolerant (suitable for Zone 2) dwarf birch. New growth appears in sunset hues of yellow, red, and orange. Cheerful chartreuse foliage provides interest through the entire season. Allow this deer-resistant bush to grow naturally, where the attractive, fan-like habit can be enjoyed, or prune it into a shape, like a low hedge. Great in mixed borders and containers. This arborescent variety is closely related to birch trees, but is a slow-growing dwarf which stays much smaller than its relatives.
Our plants come with extra large and fibrous root systems, ready to plant and flourish!
