Rose - OSO Easy® - Double Red

Rosa x 'Meipeporia'

Oso Easy roses are the rebels of the rose world. They are disease-resistant, long-blooming, and very easy to grow. The OSO Easy® Double Red rose is a seedling from the Double Knock Out® rose. It maintains a nice rounded habit and has excellent disease resistance. It's a great plant for creating no-spray, no-prune mass plantings in residential or commercial landscapes. This disease-resistant, long-blooming rose bush is also salt tolerant.

In trials, no fungicides at all were sprayed, and overhead irrigation was used to encourage black spot and mildew. The Oso Easy® Double Red rose was one of the few varieties that passed the test and proved its natural resistance to fungus.

Our plants come with extra large and fibrous root systems, ready to plant and flourish!

Moist, well drained, slightly acidic soils are best; that said, roses are known to be quite adaptable to soils except for very wet areas.

Prune in spring, cutting back to just above large buds.

Plant in full sun with good air circulation for best performance. Does not require deadheading to bloom continuously.
